In Shop Service Rates

General Evaluation $59

When your computer is dropped off for service, our first step is to evaluate it. During an evaluation we will test all of the physical components that make up your computer as well as diagnose your software as it relates to the description of your problem. Once the diagnosis has been made we will contact you to discuss your repair options and make recommendations. Should you decide to allow us to continue the work we will apply your evaluation fee to the repair costs of your computer.

Labor Charges $79 per hour

All in-shop service has a minimum of one hour billed. From that point on we will bill on 15 minute intervals. We maintain a large inventory to assure a fast turn around time.

Rush Service Charge $50

All repairs are preformed on a first come first serve basis. This service will move your computer to the front of the line in the event of an emergency.
