I went in the showed me everything that was Explained to me I bought a new tower from them and they set it all up for me. Quickly made a house call to fix a windows login problem. Professional, courteous and saved me a long drive to fix a computer that I wasn’t close to. Would highly recommend.

The individuals that helped me were professional and honest. This company is not out to scam people nor do they try to upsell products that are unnecessary. They did more than I asked for and did not charge extra. There is a flat fee of $99.00/hour, which I would pay anytime to avoid going into a that big box store. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend Platinum Coast Technology highly enough! My Yoga laptop was accidentally dropped and would no longer turn on. I first took it to Best Buy, where I was told they would have to ship it out for diagnosis, and I would have to pay fee just for that—not including any repair costs.
