Our certified technicians are prepared to handle server and workstation issues. We pride ourselves on our ability to dispatch a computer repair technician quickly.

On-Site Service Rates

On site Service is $139 / hr.

After Hours Rate i s $199 / hr.
Emergency Service Response Time - 4 Hours or less
Emergency Service $60 plus hourly rate.

(After the first hour we bill in 30 minute increments.)

Travel time Charges

Travel Charge for On Site Servie is $20 within our service area

If we travel outside our service area, we charge our labor rate for one way of travel.  
(For example: If a client is 1.5 hours one way that makes a 3 hour round trip

we would therefore bill for 1.5 hours at our onsite rate.)

Travel Time exemptions for up to 1 hour are made for clients under managed services.

In Shop Rates

(Applies to PCs running Windows 10 or newer)

In Shop Repair Rate is $99 / hr.
Emergency Rate - 4 Hours or less

$60 plus hourly rate

(After the first hour we bill in 30 minute increments)

Training Rate $50 / hr.

(Add $35 travel for in home training session. Training is billed in full hours only)

We also offer a well stocked retail store. 

New systems and accessories such as wireless keyboards, wireless mice, battery backups, web cameras, printers, scanners and more.

We carry a variety of networking equipment as well such as Routers, Network Switches, Patch Panels, Server Racks and Cabinets and more.

We are a Dell Premier Dealer and we partner with many computer manufacturers.  If you have a brand preference let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

 

Remote Support Guarantee

 If we cannot solve your problem with our remote support tool and we have to come out. We will credit your Remote Support Fee towards your On Site Service call.

Q: How does this service work? 


A: Call our office and begin by speaking to one of our technicians.  The technician will direct you to connect to the service.  Once you connect, you are prompted to enter a code and when you do it will download a small plug in.  Simply run that plug in,  which allows your support representative to view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard. At any time during a support session, you can take control of your computer just by moving your mouse. You will be in charge at all times.

Remote Support Rate $50 per half hour.

We bill in half hour increments for this service.

Platinum Coast Technology’s Maintenance specialists use the latest tools to proactively identify and correct existing and potential problems as well as optimize network performance.
